Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact information provided below. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped to the address we provide and must include the return authorization number.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
